Relasi Fear Of Missing Out dan Phubbing dalam Mencegah Kecanduan SmartPhone Remaja Pada Komunitas Fatayat NU Di Mergoyoso Kalianyar Ngronggot Nganjuk

Abstract

Adolescence is basically a transition period that leaves childhood which is full of dependency to a stronger and more responsible age, namely adulthood. Ideally, the developmental tasks of adolescents are focused on efforts to achieve new, more mature relationships with peers of different genders, achieve social roles, accept their physical condition, have responsible social behavior, achieve emotional independence, and obtain a set of values ​​and ethical systems as a guide to behaving in society. However, the reality is different from today's adolescents. The ease of internet access available on smartphones makes adolescents feel that there is a world in their grasp that can be accessed only through smartphones which makes them more focused on using smartphones and being indifferent to the surrounding environment. Socialization of the Relationship between Fear of Missing Out and Phubbing in Preventing Smartphone Addiction in Adolescents, in the socio-cultural reality of Fatayat NU residents in Mergoyoso Kalianyar Ngronggot Nganjuk aims to measure the effectiveness of the corrective actions needed. Fear of Missing Out is used as a benchmark for Phubbing. Fear of missing out has a major influence on phubbing if adolescents have a high Fear of missing out. On the other hand, if teenagers have low Fear of missing out, then addiction to smartphones is also low, as well as knowing the existing problems so that the necessary corrective actions can be realized for teenagers in Helping to Realize the prevention of smartphone addiction.
