Abstract

Class management at the Qur'an Education Park has a crucial role in creating a conducive and Islamic learning environment, which supports the character formation of students. Apart from being a teacher, teachers are also tasked with creating a safe, comfortable and enthusiastic atmosphere. Through Class Management Training in Sumberjo Hamlet, teachers are given the skills to face classroom challenges and apply Islamic values, so that learning becomes more meaningful and can increase the motivation and positive behavior of students, which in turn forms a generation with Islamic character.

Class management assistance through Class Management Training for teachers at the Qur'an Education Park in Sumberjo Hamlet, Dadapan Village, aims to improve the quality of education based on Islamic values. This training helps teachers optimize classroom management so as to create a safe, comfortable and Islamic learning atmosphere. With the skills acquired, teachers can create order in the classroom while instilling noble moral values ​​in students. It is hoped that this will encourage the formation of a young generation with Islamic character and balanced intellectual, spiritual and moral intelligence. This program also aims to make the Qur'an Education Park in Sumberjo Hamlet a superior example of Islamic-based education.
