Abstract

Community Service will carry out a mentoring program for activities related to the creative economy of community members in Puhkerep Rejoso Nganjuk Village. For this reason, an activity program will be implemented in the form of a Creative Economy seminar to market local IKM brands in the era of digitalization, but will focus on assistance in increasing the management and marketing capacity of local IKM brands in mass organizations, namely Muslimat and Fatayat. Where the people in Puhkerep Hamlet apparently make their living as farmers of shallots, which are produced approximately once every 3 months, with each harvest reaching approximately hundreds of kilos of shallots. The mentoring program was implemented based on emerging problems, community members were less creative and innovative in processing harvests, existing products were not yet labeled halal, ultimately marketing stagnation emerged. The method used in this activity is Participatory (Participatory Action Research, PAR). The basic elements of the community empowerment process are participation and social mobilization. The PAR method is a method that emphasizes full involvement. The result of this activity is that the community feels that they have gained additional knowledge and new experience which is very useful. Another result obtained from the implementation of this program is the implementation of the program well and optimally, providing knowledge and experience.
