Determining the choice between family and career is a problem for married women. Apart from being a wife, working mothers have other responsibilities as a worker. The number of women working full time has increased sharply, so that today it is very common for a husband and wife to both have jobs outside the home. Work-family conflict is defined as conflicting expectations related to two separate roles, where there is an imbalance between roles in a job and roles in the family. Cultural shifts, high lifestyles and developments in social status, the role of women has shifted from a traditional role to a dual role, namely previously only playing a role in the family, now they have another role, namely the role of a woman who has to work. This can be used as a benchmark for taking necessary corrective actions. This assistance has the aim of work life balance, namely a person's ability to balance work demands with personal and family needs as well as being an instrument in providing balanced attention between the work domain and the non-working domain. The purpose of this assistance is to measure the effectiveness of the necessary corrective actions. Coping strategies are used in work life balance, in dealing with work stress, dual role conflicts, as well as knowing existing problems so that the necessary corrective actions can be realized for Working Women in Helping to Create a Sakinah Family.
