Penguatan Integritas Keluarga Melalui Sosialisasi Peran Ganda Wanita Karir dan Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Komunitas Fatayat NU Kelurahan Kapas Kecamatan Sukomoro Kabupaten Nganjuk

Abstract

Shifting socioeconomic roles require modern women to be able to fulfill their dual roles as career women and homemakers. An imbalance in managing these two roles has the potential to trigger role conflict, which can erode family integrity and harmony. This community service activity aims to strengthen family integrity in the Fatayat NU community in Kapas Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency through outreach on dual role management. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method used included needs analysis, interactive outreach, and evaluation. The results showed an 85% increase in participants' understanding of work-family balance strategies, assertive communication with partners, and stress management. Through this empowerment, Fatayat NU members are expected to optimize their public contributions without neglecting domestic resilience.
