Pendampingan Penyusunan Program Kerja Remaja Masjid untuk Meningkatkan Partisipasi Jamaah Masjid Besar Baiturrohman Sukomoro Nganjuk

Abstract

This community service program was initiated due to the absence of a systematic work program among the mosque youth organization, resulting in fluctuating congregational participation in various activities. The objective of this program was to assist the mosque youth in formulating a structured work plan to enhance congregational involvement at Baitur Rohman Grand Mosque, Sukomoro Nganjuk. A participatory approach was employed through problem identification, focus group discussions, program drafting, and joint evaluation. The participants consisted of mosque youth administrators and active members involved in the planning process. The results indicate the establishment of a structured annual work program, clearer task distribution, and improved internal coordination. Furthermore, an increase in congregational participation in religious and social activities was observed. The program concludes that participatory-based assistance is effective in strengthening mosque youth organizational governance. Periodic evaluation and continuous mentoring are recommended to ensure program sustainability.
