Abstract

Puberty is a rapid transition into maturation, involving physical and hormonal changes, typically occurring during early adolescence. Pubertal development is a crucial phase in adolescent life, marked by interrelated physical, psychological, and social changes. Therefore, the Community Service (PKM) mentoring team conducted a "sangu baligh" seminar with students from grades 4-6 at MI Alam Al-Aly Pehserut Sukomoro Nganjuk. The program aimed to provide knowledge and enhance students' understanding of puberty and how to care for and maintain reproductive health. The method used in this activity was service learning with a participatory approach (Participatory Action Research, PAR). The program's stages included social analysis, program development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and funding. The results of this activity demonstrated students' enthusiasm in understanding puberty from a religious perspective, thereby increasing their knowledge and understanding.
