Abstract

School organizational culture is something that is built from the results of the meeting of values adopted by the principal/school as a leader with the values adopted by educators and staff in the school. These values are built by human thoughts and then produce what is called organizational thought. From the organizational thought, it then appears in the form of values that are believed together, and then these values will become the main material for forming the school's organizational culture. From this culture, it then appears in various symbols and actions that are visible to the senses that can be observed and felt in everyday school life. Organizational culture also has a big role in influencing the behavior of individuals in the organization. Organizational culture will be able to form habits for each individual group so that it becomes a value and norm that will guide each individual to behavior that is based on the values and norms themselves. The success of achieving quality education cannot be separated from the conditions in the organizational environment that can run effectively and efficiently.
