Pengayaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) Dalam Komunikasi Dan Penyuluhan: Studi atas Keterampilan Komunikasi Efektif
Abstract
This article discusses the significance of effective communication skills as a fundamental component in supporting organizational management success, particularly within educational institutions. Communication skills encompass the ability to deliver clear messages, understand the context, receive feedback, and address barriers that may disrupt communication processes. Using a descriptive approach, the article outlines the types of communication, communication processes, organizational communication functions, and indicators of communication effectiveness. The findings reveal that effective communication not only strengthens relationships among individuals within an organization but also significantly impacts individual and organizational performance. Furthermore, structured communication training for managers and employees is identified as a strategic initiative to enhance organizational productivity. Such training aims to equip individuals with communication skills aligned with the evolving demands of the modern workforce. Therefore, fostering effective communication skills becomes a crucial priority in building more productive, efficient, and future-ready organizations capable of addressing contemporary challenges.
