Abstract

This article discusses the strategic role of educators in enhancing the quality of education by highlighting their functions, objectives, responsibilities, competencies, and duties. The main focus is on the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of learning activities, as well as the quality standards set by the government. In the context of Law Number 14 of 2005, educators are recognized as professionals who play a crucial role in shaping the character and values of students. This article analyzes the concept of strategy in the educational context and how such strategies can improve the effectiveness of educational activities. The research was conducted through library research, detailing the definitions and functions of educator strategies according to various expert sources. An analysis was carried out on the teacher's role in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising learning. The research aims to explain the concept of educator strategy in improving the quality of education by identifying their roles, functions, and responsibilities in the learning process. The research findings reveal that the strategic role of educators is crucial in achieving educational goals. By understanding and implementing effective strategies, they can guide students towards optimal achievements.
