Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berorganisasi Peserta Didik Di MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot Nganjuk

Abstract

The leadership of headmaster is a form of effort made by the headmaster in leading educational institutions in order to achieve the goals expected of the educational institution. Madrasah educational institutions do not only deliver academic education but also non-academic education such as organizations and extracurriculars. Non-academic education is also important for students to form a spirit of leadership in students through the existing organizations in madrasas. This research will discuss about: 1) Leadership of the headmaster MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot, 2) Student organizational skills, 3) Leadership of the headmaster in improving students' organizational skills at MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot. The results of this research are: 1) The leadership of the headmaster at MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot shows that the headmaster always coordinates with institution, teachers, and also staff at the madrasa to overcome the obstacles that occur in madrasas. 2) Student organizational skills at MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot has been able to carry out its organizational activities at the madrasah well. 3) The leadership of the headmaster in improving students' organizational skills at MA Al-Khidmah Ngronggot, namely that the head of the madrasa also plays a direct role by fostering and supporting every organizational activity in the madrasa and also makes visits and comparative studies to other madrasas and also in collaboration with the Ngronggot Koramil and Brigif Wira Yudha Kediri.
