Kepemimpinan Wanita Dalam Perspektif Islam
Abstract
Interpretation of the Qur'an and Hadith is crucial as even though divine revelation and prophethood have ended, the conditions of time always change with the development of human thought. Women are often perceived as weak and dependent on men. However, women also possess special qualities bestowed by Allah SWT, such as active participation, understanding the needs of fellow women, gentle leadership abilities, and a broad vision for the future. Islam teaches that both men and women are created to serve and submit themselves to Allah SWT. There is no differentiation among them based on race, caste, gender, or skin color. Therefore, in Islam, everyone has the potential to be a leader regardless of gender. Islam emphasizes the equality and equal opportunities between men and women in contributing and leading. In the Islamic perspective, women's roles are not limited to the domestic sphere; they also have a significant role in influencing important decisions in various aspects of life. Islam respects and provides opportunities for women to actively participate and contribute to society, both within the household and on a larger scale.
