This study aims to develop an Islamic Education curriculum model based on the integration of Islamic knowledge and values that are relevant to the demands of the digital age. The background of this study is based on the fragmentation between religious knowledge and science, as well as the low integration of Islamic values in students' digital literacy. The research approach used qualitative methods with a development design that combined literature studies, observations of digital-based learning, interviews with Islamic Education teachers, and curriculum document analysis. The results of the study show that the existing Islamic Education curriculum is still normative-doctrinal in nature and has not been epistemologically integrated with science and technology. The integrative curriculum model developed includes holistic competency-based learning objectives, integrative thematic material organization, project-based constructivist learning strategies, and authentic evaluation that measures spiritual, intellectual, social, and digital dimensions. The implementation of this model can improve religious digital literacy, critical thinking skills, and the internalization of Islamic values in students' lives. This study confirms that the integration of revelation and science is a strategic foundation in strengthening the scientific identity of PAI as a normative and applicative discipline. The resulting curriculum model contributes theoretically to the development of an integrative PAI epistemology and can practically serve as a reference for curriculum developers and teachers in designing PAI learning that is contextual, transformative, and adaptive to digital disruption.
