Abstract

This article discusses the daily worship practice mentoring program implemented at TPQ Al-Hidayah Dusun Trayang as an effort to improve the scientific and amaliyah quality of the students. The background of this activity is based on the importance of internalizing worship values ​​from an early age in order to form character and improve the spiritual quality of the younger generation. The method used is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach and service learning, which involves collaboration between students, lecturers, TPQ teachers, and the local community. This activity lasted for seven days and included training in the practice of ablution, prayer, qiro'at, obligatory bathing, and daily prayers. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and practice of daily worship of students, as indicated by an increase in post-test scores and positive behavioral changes. This program also strengthened the capacity of TPQ teachers in learning strategies and demonstrated the effectiveness of institutional management in supporting value-based education programs. In conclusion, this mentoring program succeeded in internalizing daily worship values ​​effectively and contributed to improving the quality of religious education in the TPQ environment.
