Enhancing organizational awareness among students is a crucial foundation for creating active, participatory, and meaningful learning spaces. This community engagement program aimed to assist members of IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Banjarsari in developing an understanding of core organizational values, leadership, and healthy communication. Using the service learning method and a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the activities were carried out in the form of seminars and interactive discussions involving 30 adolescent participants from Banjarsari Village. The program stages included social analysis, program planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and funding. In addition to strengthening organizational awareness, the initiative incorporated education on bullying prevention as part of building a safe and inclusive organizational culture. The results indicated an increased understanding among participants of ethical and healthy principles in student organizations, as well as a growing awareness to maintain group dynamics free from symbolic and verbal violence. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step in shaping student cadres who are critical, communicative, and responsible.
