Abstract

Islam views the personnel selection process as a crucial issue because it influences performance results and the achievement of organizational goals. Furthermore, Islam also states that the personnel selection process must be carried out correctly and well so that the goal of personnel selection can be achieved, namely obtaining suitable and appropriate employees. In this study, the author used library research, a data collection technique by conducting a review study of books, literature, notes, and reports related to the problem being solved. The researcher conducted a comprehensive literature review on hadiths related to personnel selection in organizations. Relevant literature sources such as books, journal articles, and previous research will be collected and analyzed. After collecting relevant literature sources, the researcher will conduct an in-depth analysis of the material. The analysis process involves reading, understanding, and identifying themes. The results of the literature analysis will be used to answer the research questions and formulate findings that can enrich the understanding of the meaning and perspective of hadiths on personnel selection in organizations. This research will contribute to Islamic thought, namely haidth. Which hadith is a source of guidance in Islam.
