Abstract

In the digital and global era, Islamic religious educational institutions are required to excel not only in religious aspects but also in professional and efficient administration and archiving management. This paper discusses the management of correspondence and archiving, both conventionally and electronically, from the perspective of integrative Islamic educational management. A well-organized administration and archiving system is part of public accountability and Islamic ethics such as trustworthiness, honesty, and justice. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a literature review and analysis of practices in Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that the conventional system remains relevant in maintaining traditional values, but requires integration with a digital system for greater efficiency, speed, and security. Therefore, the transformation to a modern system must be carried out gradually while maintaining Islamic values as the ethical foundation in educational administration management.
