Organizational change in Islamic educational institutions requires visionary leadership and effective communication for optimal and sustainable transformation. This article aims to examine the Integrative Model of Transformational Leadership and Strategic Communication as an approach to managing organizational change. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research. The results indicate that transformational leadership serves as a visionary and driver of change through the dimensions of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized attention. Meanwhile, strategic communication serves as an instrument for transforming the vision into collective action through message planning, channel selection, persuasive delivery, and communication evaluation. The integration of the two results in a systematic, participatory, and sustainable change process. From an Islamic Educational Management perspective, this model has a strong normative foundation in the Qur'an, such as the concepts of trust, deliberation, and change. Therefore, this integrative model is a relevant approach for increasing the effectiveness of organizational change management that is adaptive, professional, and grounded in spiritual values.
