USRATUNA: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam is a periodic scientific journal that contains studies on Law, including marriage, divorce, ruju’, waris, Hibah, wakaf, wasiat, and other matters related to Islamic family law. Usratuna Journal is intended as a publication medium for the academic work of researchers, both from the academic community (students and lecturers), practitioners (judges, court clerks, lawyers, and others), and writers in the field of Islamic Family Law.
