KECERDASAN MULTIDIMENSI PEMIMPIN: KUNCI TRANSFORMASI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM YANG BERKELANJUTAN
Abstract
This study aims toexamine the transformation of leaders' intelligence in the development of Islamic educational institutionsthrough a qualitative case study approach. The main focus is on sixtypes of intelligence: intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social, moral, andadaptive, which are integrated into a transformative leadership framework. Datawas obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentationat three Islamic educational institutions that have successfully undergone institutional transformation. The results show that the synergistic integration of the six intelligencescan encourage innovative, ethical,and sustainable institutional change. These findings expand the theoretical discourse on Islamic educational leadership and provide a new, more holistic model for responding toglobal challenges and social change. This study recommends strengtheningvalues-based leadership training and developing instruments for measuringleadership intelligence to support a more systemic transformation of Islamic education.
