URGENSI PELAYANAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN NIKAH (SIMKAH) ONLINE TERHADAP PENCATATAN PERKAWINAN DI KUA KECAMATAN TRAWAS

Abstract

This thesis discusses how the urgency of an online marriage
management information system for marriage registration in the KUA of Trawas
District and how to improve the quality of marriage services at the KUA of
Trawas District.This type of research is using field research and using a
qualitative approach. Data sources are taken by means of observation,
interviews, and documentation.The results of this research explain that the
urgency of online SIMKAH services for marriage registration at the KUA of
Trawas District consists of: a) facilitating marriage registration through data
digitization, b) data security, and c) means of applying family law. The
improvement in the quality of marriage services through online SIMKAH is seen
from the readiness of Marriage Registrar Employees in carrying out online
SIMKAH.
