Abstract

The importance of Islamic-oriented Educational Science, where
educational science discusses education based on the norms of Islamic
teachings. It is not just a theory but also a description of existing theories.
Indeed, many people argue that the higher a person's level of education, the
higher the level of knowledge he has. Muslim intellectuals may not have
time to contribute foundations and arguments that can strengthen the
existence of Islamic religious knowledge. Moreover, it is impossible for
Islamic religious knowledge to be studied clearly from other sciences, even
more ironically it will provide legality and directly justify that it has been
read in Islam. Philosophy and educational management both have a very
close relationship, both in terms of theoretical and practical studies. The
existence of educational theory is always based on the foundation of a
certain philosophical system. The philosophy of education management
provides a comprehensive and in-depth description and understanding of
the object of the study area of Islamic education management, both in the
field of Islamic leadership management, as well as human resources, as well
as the condition of public relations which is often referred to as public
relations. Changes in education, curriculum management and institutional
management of Islamic education, also cannot be missed, so the
relationship between philosophy and management is dialogical-interactive
in nature as a reflection of the formal object of philosophy, that Islamic
education management activities require reflective and philosophical
studies, how the nature of Islamic education management activities in
general can be solid and independent study of scientific disciplines.
