Author Guidelines

Authors are required to submit manuscripts online by first registering as authors on the website https://ejournal.staidapondokkrempyang.ac.id/index.php/jmjh. Each submitted article must meet the terms and conditions in accordance with the Red Jacket Journal Style Guide: Journal of Islamic Family Law (can be downloaded on the Style Guide page).

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR JURNAL JAS MERAH WRITERS:  JOURNAL OF LAW AND AHWAL AL-SYAKHSIYAH

  • The manuscript sent by the author is an original scientific work, has never been published, and is not being submitted for publication in other media/journals.
  • The manuscripts submitted can be in the form of study results, conceptual ideas, studies, application of theory, and criticism in the field of civil law.
  • Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian. The manuscript is written in Cambria 12 font with 1.5 spacing and one column format.
  • The manuscript begins with an abstract of 100-150 words written in English.
  • The abstract must clearly show the background of the problem, objectives, theory and methods, findings or novelty of ideas, and main conclusions.
  • Abstract and keywords are written in English.

  • The author's name is written without an academic degree. If the manuscript is written by a team or more than one person, the editor will only communicate with the main author or author whose name is listed first.
  • The manuscript is arranged in five subheadings in the following order: (a) Introduction: includes problem identification, literature review, research objectives, and research benefits, (b) Discussion: describes the results of the research or analysis and can be presented in sub-chapters, (c) Closing: written in summary form and if necessary, each paragraph containing research conclusions can be given a sequential number. (d) References: References are arranged alphabetically according to APA Citation Style.
  • Use the Mendeley application for easy reference inclusion. The review manuscript can be written in Indonesian or English for 5-7 pages.
  • Technical citations use the attached reference technique (name, year).
  • The article has never been published in any media and is not currently being submitted to another journal
  • The article does not contain results of plagiarism, falsification and falsification of data.
