Abstract

Education as a social process relies on effective communication to achieve learning goals. Humans, as social beings, cannot be separated from interaction, where communication serves as a crucial tool in this process. Communication involvement in education encompasses several important aspects that require attention, such as the delivery of educational information, control, coordination, planning, motivation development, and supervision. Effective communication in the classroom relies not only on the delivery of material but also includes a quality relationship between teachers and students, which allows for a good understanding and response to the material being taught. Communication principles that encompass process, systematics, interactions, and transactions help create a conducive learning environment. In learning, teachers need to develop communication skills that prioritize clarity, understanding, and respect, thus facilitating truly student-centered education. Therefore, teachers' communication skills contribute significantly to educational outcomes, facilitating material understanding and increasing students' motivation and interest in learning. In developing educational communication, attention also needs to be paid to the relationship between teachers and students, as well as communication between education and the community, as well as the government as important partners in efforts to achieve educational success.
