Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Islamic educational institutions into transformative, entrepreneurial-oriented entities from a global perspective. The urgency of this transformation arises from global dynamics and job market needs that demand graduates with an entrepreneurial and adaptive spirit. This study integrates the concepts of transformative education and entrepreneurship to shape individuals with both spiritual depth and economic independence. Qualitative methods with case studies were used to comprehensively understand the practices and potential of institutional development. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that the transformation of the institution's curriculum requires the integration of spiritual and innovative dimensions, through the implementation of active learning methods. The strategy for implementing entrepreneurship education involves the development of internal ecosystems such as incubator centers and external partnerships. Furthermore, equipping graduates with a global perspective, including foreign language proficiency and digital literacy, is crucial. In conclusion, Islamic educational institutions can produce a generation that is not only economically independent and has strong character, but also competitive on the international stage.
