Abstract

Education is the primary foundation for developing a quality generation. Learning effectiveness is a crucial factor in determining educational quality, as it focuses not only on the delivery of material by teachers but also on students' ability to understand, master, and apply knowledge in real life. This article aims to review the concepts, indicators, factors, and strategies that influence learning effectiveness and its relationship to educational quality. The discussion includes the definition of effectiveness, measurement indicators such as quantity, quality, and time, as well as a comparison of actual and expected results. Furthermore, contributing factors are outlined, including educator competence, student learning motivation, curriculum, infrastructure, and the use of educational technology. Strategies to increase effectiveness can be implemented through the application of active and innovative learning methods, the use of digital media and technology, conducive classroom management, and the role of teachers as facilitators and motivators. The review results indicate that learning effectiveness directly contributes to improving educational quality, not only in academic aspects, but also in the development of critical thinking skills, collaboration, innovation, and student character. Thus, learning effectiveness is a key factor in realizing quality and competitive education in the global era.
