This article examines how human resource management (HRM) addresses individual variances among educators as a strategic initiative to enhance the quality of performance in Islamic educational institutions. Personal variations—encompassing psychological, cognitive, biological, and socio-cultural elements—greatly impact how educators execute their responsibilities both in the classroom and outside it. Utilizing qualitative-descriptive analysis, the research illustrates how HRM activities including planning, recruitment, training, performance assessment, and oversight enhance teacher capabilities regardless of these disparities. The results emphasize that successful HRM, based on Islamic educational principles, can turn distinctiveness into organizational advantages that encourage professionalism, innovation, and discipline during the period of educational change. Additionally, this paper claims that recognizing individual differences enhances teacher effectiveness and fosters the development of inclusive and fair Islamic educational settings. To conclude, HRM in Islamic education must focus on merging professional benchmarks with spiritual and ethical values, resulting in educators who are both capable and principled.
