PERAN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DALAM MEMBENTUK KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PERILAKU KERJA EFEKTIF
Abstract
This study discusses the importance of organizational communication as a leader's main competency in forming effective leadership and positive work behavior. Communication not only functions as a means of conveying information, but also as a tool for building relationships, organizing organizational structures, and motivating employees. This study reviews various forms and functions of organizational communication, various leadership styles, and indicators and factors that shape work behavior. It is concluded that leaders with good communication skills are more effective in influencing their subordinates to achieve organizational goals. The close relationship between communication, leadership style, and work behavior determines the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.
