Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead of educational success and are considered to be people who play an important role in achieving educational goals. Teachers are important creators of the roles and behavior of students when they become part of a real, very dynamic society. It is not enough for teachers to just be professional, have adequate competencies (pedagogical, professional, social and personality), but also continue to be able to develop themselves in accordance with changing times and become an important part of society. Where the role of educators in educational institutions is related to the competence of educators, namely educators as demonstrators, as class managers, as mediators and facilitators, as evaluators, and as curriculum developers.
