Abstract

Job evaluation is a process or assessment activity carried out by a person or some group of people or work units within a company or organization that is in accordance with the performance strands or objectives that have been agreed upon at the beginning. Generally, if people are known, they appreciate and expect that achievement and other people should also appreciate it.

Job evaluation is a systematic procedure for determining the relative value of jobs. Meanwhile, compensation is everything that employees receive as compensation for their work. The influence of values ​​on job evaluation and compensation includes: developing appropriate pay levels for each job and grouping different pay levels into a structure that can be managed effectively.

Employee performance appraisal methods or techniques can be used with a past and future oriented approach. Performance criteria/standards, the most common assessment criteria for employees/employees: Characteristics, Behavior, Competency, Achievement of goals, Potential for improvement.
