Abstract

In the implementation of education, there is a need for marketing of educational services that aims to attract public sympathy so that it can introduce or offer the vision and mission and goals of educational institutions. Marketing education services to be accepted in the community needs several elements that can make education said to be quality or berkulias. The factors that affect the quality of educational services include product, price, promotion, physical efficiency, people and processes. Other than that, in improving the quality of education, there needs to be a method whose function is to measure the quality of educational services that have been provided by service providers to their customers, namely by using the servqual dimension method. With this method, educational institutions can find out what capabilities and shortcomings they have. In using the servqual dimension method, it requires several references to improve the quality of educational services, namely Reliabiliti, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness,
