Abstract
Success of the school depends on the existing facilities and infrastructures. With the implementation of maximum management
of facilities and infrastructures will have an impact on improving teacher’s performance and will produce better quality of education so that it adds to the satisfaction of the community for the output produced. Facilities and infrastructures management are the management activities of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling as well as the process of procuring and utilizing components that directly or indirectly support the educational process to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Teacher competence is a description of what a person can do in work, and what forms of work can be seen. To be able to do a job, a person must have the ability in the form of knowledge, attitudes, and skills relevant to the field of work. A new person is called having competence if he can do what should be done well, as well as a teacher, he can be said to have teaching competence if the teacher concerned is able to teach well for the students he teaches
