Abstract

Education and training management is one of the organizational management that has a successful impact on the overall management activities in the organization. Training can be interpreted as training which is a systematic and planned effort to change or develop new knowledge, skills, attitudes according to organizational needs.Human Resources Training is an important means of competency development that will be owned by every employee. Through training, organizational management will obtain important input in facing challenges in the competitive era, where employees will have unique abilities and skills to complete the work they are assigned. Appropriate training will affect the performance displayed by employees.Organizing training in order to improve the skills of employees requires a lot of money, therefore the implementation needs to be regulated in such a way that it can take place effectively and efficiently. It is necessary to pay attention to the preparation of the training program so that the training program is in accordance with the required competencies, in other words, good training program planning is planning based on the results of a training needs analysis or "Training Needs Analysis".The results of the needs analysis obtained are the main key to determining what training will be provided to employees. It is hoped that the implementation of routine training will have an impact on the development of human resources within the organization.
