Abstract

Management is an activity carried out jointly by two or more people based on certain rules in order to achieve a goal. Two or more people who work together, because of certain rules, some function as managers and some are managed. Education personnel management or educational personnel management aims to utilize educational staff effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results, but still in pleasant conditions. Management of Educators and Education is a process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising or controlling teaching and educational staff within an organization or educational institution.Education personnel are all components contained in educational institutions or institutions which not only include teachers but all those who participate in education. Judging from their position, education personnel are divided into 3, namely: (1) Structural Personnel, structural personnel are all components that occupy general executive positions (leaders) who are responsible either directly or indirectly for the education unit. (2) Functional staff, functional staff are educational staff who occupy functional positions, namely positions that rely on educational academic expertise in carrying out their work. (3) Educational technical personnel, educational technical personnel are educational staff who in carrying out their work are required to have operational technical or administrative technical skills.
