Abstract
The office is a place where an organization works and activities to achieve its goals. Each office has different procedures and layouts, this is because every organization has different goals and leaders. Thus, the office needs to be managed as well as possible and actually.Office management is an effort to manage resources, both natural and human and all office work as efficiently and effectively as possible. This is intended so that the process of achieving organizational goals is achieved through office activities in providing meaningful information.Office Management functions include planning, organizing, implementing and controlling, while in office communication it has control, motivation, emotion and information functions with the basic principles of REACH (Respect, Empathy, Audible, Clarity, and Humble) through several methods; writen communication, oral communication, mechanical system, staff location system.The principles of office organization are: the Principle of Purpose, the Principle of Unity of Functions, the Principle of Individual Relations, the Principle of Simplicity, the Principle of commensurate authority with responsibility, the Principle of reporting to a single superior, the Principle of supervision and leadership, and the Principle of scope of supervision. In addition to this, the pattern of office personnel relations, procedures, spatial planning and office equipment is something that really needs to be considered in managing the office.
