Abstract
Madrasa heads play a significant role in the management of madrasas since they are in charge of planning, organizing, implementing, and directing the teaching and learning activities created in madrasas in order to successfully complete cooperative efforts to achieve educational objectives. The research approach is a qualitative approach, and the research method is a descriptive analytic study type. Primary and secondary data sources are used in data collection. employing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods The final step in the data analysis technique is data verification, which follows data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Peer checking and triangulation are used in the data validity test. The findings of this study suggest that, with careful planning, the madrasah principal might take the lead in enhancing teacher professionalism.
