Abstract

This community service program aims to improve family economic welfare through the empowerment of women in the Fatayat Community of Dadapan Village. The activity was conducted in the form of a workshop on the production and marketing of micro-enterprise products based on local culinary potential, namely es mamboo (traditional iced treats) and curly corn snacks. The main issues faced by the community include limited production skills and a lack of effective marketing strategies, especially among housewives. Using a participatory approach, the training covered product-making techniques, packaging, pricing, and basic digital marketing. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills in managing micro-businesses, as well as a growing motivation to start independent ventures. This program is expected to be sustainable and serve as a model for family economic empowerment based on local potential in rural areas
