Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Hukum Pernikahan Melalui Sarasehan Kupas Tuntas Wali Nikah Pada Jamaah Yasin Desa Kalianyar Ngronggot Nganjuk

Abstract

Public understanding of marriage law, especially marriage guardians, has become a growing issue in the Kalianyar Village community, especially for parents who have daughters who are already married. This was complained about by religious leaders and community leaders of Kalianyar Village about the phenomenon that occurred in the community.

Many parents do not know about the duties and responsibilities as guardians of their daughters. This happens because most people when marrying off their daughters leave everything to the judge and guardian. Finally, they assume that the task of a marriage guardian is the task of KUA employees. The community does not realize that the one who should be obliged to be a marriage guardian is the father of their daughter. The purpose of implementing this activity or research is to provide public understanding of the importance of understanding marriage law, especially marriage guardians so that there are no misunderstandings related to this problem.

The activities in the program use the Service learning method, where the Research Team provides guidance to actors in the community to be able to carry out knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing is one step in knowledge management that is used to provide opportunities for members of a group, organization, agency or company to share knowledge that they have not previously understood, in this context the Yasin Jama'ah of Kalianyar Village.

The results of the program activities are that the understanding of the Kalianyar Village community has increased and their understanding of their duties and responsibilities as guardians of their daughters' marriages has increased. The community, especially the fathers of Kalianyar Village, have become confident and want to immediately practice what they have learned from the program to their children. This program has received a positive response from the Kalianyar Village community because it can improve the human resources of Kalianyar Village in general, especially regarding the religious problems that they have complained about so far.
