Abstract

Jati hamlet is an area where the majority of the population makes their living as farmers, one of the commodities available is shallots. The residents' economy comes from the sale of shallots.

The aim of this assistance is that Jati hamlet residents have knowledge by opening the mindset of shallot farmers about the potential and business opportunities that exist in the local village. If red onions are usually sold fresh, we offer innovation in the form of original red onion powder.

This activity can be an inspiration and motivation to start a business producing and selling shallot powder. By increasing community creativity and innovation in preparing the production and marketing of shallot powder in local or regional markets, this can develop small and medium businesses in the production of shallot powder, which can create jobs and improve the local economy.
