Pendampingan dan Pelatihan MC (Master of Ceremony) dalam Meningkatkan Public Speaking Santri Madin Al-Hikmah Dusun Gondang Timur Desa Gondang Kecamatan Pace Kabupaten Nganjuk

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of human resources in their role of carrying out their obligations as servants to improve community competence is highly expected. To improve the quality of human resources in communicating, it is necessary to have adequate communication skills in an effort to minimize multiple interpretations. For this reason, the mentoring team will carry out an MC (Master of Ceremony) training activity program for Madin al-Hikmah students in East Gondang Hamlet, Gondang Village, Pace District, Nganjuk Regency. The approach method used is Service Learning. After implementing the program, assisted partners know and understand the meaning of Public Speaking, know and understand the meaning of MC, know and understand the basic techniques of becoming an MC in their environment, and are able to practice the procedures for becoming an MC. Follow-up by assisted partners includes, assisted partners (asatidz) plan to hold discussions regarding the impact of program implementation, assisted partners plan to hold an MC competition in commemoration of the Prophet's birthday, assisted partners (asatidz) plan to hold discussions regarding the possibility of continuing the program in the form of routine training / training. Finally, the purpose of holding the MC (Master of Ceremony) training program assistance program for Madin al-Hikmah students is to provide skills for the students about what is MC, how important is MC and what are the techniques in MC in increasing Public Speaking, and equipping students with the ability to speak in public and equip students with the confidence to become MCs at various internal and external events.
