Abstract
Organizational culture is a system of spreading values and norms that are developed within the organization as a guideline for the behavior of its members. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it was shown that basically all OSIS administrators at MTs PSM Pace had the ability to develop their talents, however, because they had just been inaugurated, the OSIS administrators were still not optimal in building organizational culture through communication within the organization. Which can hinder the performance of the OSIS administrators. So this article focuses on forming an organizational culture through socialization activities Building a Communication Culture within Organizations Among Intra-School Student Organizations (OSIS). The approach used in this assistance is an empowerment approach with a humanistic approach with the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results and discussion of this mentoring are that after the outreach program has been held to build a culture of communication within the organization: Assisted partners (OSIS administrators) are able to understand and practice their duties as OSIS administrators. Implementing the right communication culture to create a quality organization at MTs PSM Pace.
