KONSOLIDASI ANGGOTA IPNU DAN IPPNU MELALUI KEGIATAN “DIBA’ AKBAR” DI DUSUN GILIK DESA ROWOMARTO KECAMATAN PATIANROWO

Abstract

Organizations have a very significant role in today's millennial era. Like IPNU, IPPNU is a communication forum, a forum for actualization and a forum that is an integral part and potential of the young generation of NU. But in reality, running this organization is not easy, especially when it is newly formed without any intensive direction, support or assistance.Based on the mapping analysis we carried out, the IPNU IPPNU organization in Gilik Hamlet, Rowomarto Village, Patianrowo District, which was newly formed, had problems related to the lack of support and guidance from upper levels and even the local community. So the organization can not move and less attractive.Departing from these problems, we created a program in the form of consolidation by providing assistance in Diba' Akbar activities to make this organization lasting, strong, and have many fans, especially local students. And of course the final goal is in accordance with the vision and mission of the IPNU IPPNU Organization itself.With this activity, the management of IPNU IPPNU Gilig was more enthusiastic in running the organization and was able to attract local students to join the organization.
