PENDAMPINGAN PENGEMBANGAN SKILL DALAM MENSTIMULASI POTENSI SANTRI TPA SABILUL HUDA MELALUI PELATIHAN ADZAN DAN PIDATO DESA BULU KECAMATAN BERBEK KABUPATEN NGANJUK

Abstract

Potential is the ability that exist in student which is acquired hereditary (innate). Potential is also a capital and at the same time limits for the development of real skills or learning outcomes. Througt the learning pocess or environment influences, potential can be realized in the form of learning outcomes or real skills in various aspects of life and behavior, for that educators must have the will and the ability to identify the potential of students and then help develop that potential optimally. The development of this potential can be in the form of skills through training, one of which is the call to prayer and speech. In this assistance, the call to prayer and speech training was carried out at the sabilul Huda Bulu Berbek Nganjuk TPA. It is intended that the student are able to explore their potential and are able to take part in event held both internally and externally. The training uses the service learning method. The service learning method includes learning, teaching, and reflection strategies that provide opportunities for student to serve others by combining slassroomlearning with the needs and problems that exist in the community.
