The family is the primary foundation for building a harmonious and peaceful social life. This can be achieved if every family member lives in harmony and happiness. Peace and harmony in society depend on the prevailing family atmosphere. There is an undeniable relationship between family harmony and the harmony and peace within the community. Therefore, the human resources (HR) of the family must be qualified to maintain and build a harmonious family life. Therefore, sufficient skills and knowledge are needed to realize this. Furthermore, the daily busyness of families, especially mothers, with their daily pursuit of income, results in them lacking knowledge and understanding of how to create a harmonious family.
The activities in this program utilize a service learning method, in which the Research Team provides guidance to community actors on how to share knowledge. Knowledge sharing is a step in knowledge management used to provide opportunities for members of a group, organization, institution, or company to share previously unknown knowledge, in this context the congregation of Muslim women in Pehserut Village.
The results of this program are that the community, especially Muslim mothers in Dorogeneng Hamlet, Pehserut Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk, can have a progressive impact on the social development of the Pehserut Village community, especially for the families of the Muslim mothers who are the target subjects of this program. They have gained increased knowledge and understanding of the keys to a happy or harmonious family. This will enhance the human resource capabilities within the family and have an impact on the atmosphere of their family life, making them continue to be happy because they are equipped with knowledge about a happy family. The success of this program is also evident in their enthusiasm and passion for the program's implementation and the community's response after the program's activities. Many of the Muslim mothers want this program to continue even though the KPM (Family Family Program) has ended.
