KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEBIJAKAN DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Abstract

Leadership in Islam is very important so that in its application a leader has very complex rules in carrying out a leadership system in various matters, whether in individuals, communities, nations or countries.

          In this research the author used a qualitative method with a library research approach. Library research (library research) is research that functions to obtain information from books, magazines, documents, historical records or in other words the facilities contained in the library. Islamic educational leadership is a method used by leaders to influence, mobilize, motivate and direct people in educational institutions so that the implementation of education can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational goals that have been formulated which are carried out in accordance with Islamic principles. Leadership is a process of moving a group of people towards a mutually agreed goal by encouraging or motivating them to act without being forced. The running of Islamic educational leadership is also inseparable from government policies through established regulations, because leadership and policy are related to one another.
