This study aims to analyze opportunities, challenges, and strategic solutions in the digitalization of Islamic education administration in the 5.0 era. Digitalization has the potential to enhance efficiency, transparency, and collaboration among stakeholders through advanced technology. However, its implementation faces issues such as limited technological infrastructure in remote areas, low human resource (HR) competency, data security challenges, and internal resistance to change. This research employs the library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach based on relevant and recent literature. The research problem focuses on optimizing opportunities and overcoming challenges in the digitalization process. Problem identification reveals that the primary obstacles include inadequate infrastructure, funding limitations, and insufficient technical training for educators and administrative staff. The findings recommend strengthening infrastructure, providing intensive HR training, managing budgets through productive waqf, and adopting reliable data security systems. Digitalization of administration is deemed strategic for supporting the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in facing globalization.
