Abstract

Employee relationship management is the art of effectively uniting and managing relationships between individuals from the same team or from different teams. These employee relationship management activities help strengthen the bond between employees and leaders to ensure that each feels satisfied and enjoys a healthy relationship with each other. The purpose of work discipline is to achieve an attitude, behavior and actions that are in accordance with applicable regulations or provisions and take the initiative to take necessary actions, if there is no order from the leader.
