By meeting basic needs such as physical safety and emotional comfort, school residents can be more focused, motivated and work well. This builds a productive, harmonious educational atmosphere and supports the growth of positive character for students and teachers. With a safe environment, schools can function optimally as places to learn, grow and build a generation of character.
