This article evaluates the performance of Islamic education staff using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach as a response to the complexity of contemporary educational challenges. By adopting the BSC, the research aims to analyze the effectiveness of aligning the institution's vision and mission with staff performance. Through library research, we investigated the concepts of BSC, the methodology of staff performance evaluation, and specific needs in the context of Islamic education. The results indicate that the BSC provides a comprehensive framework capable of measuring both financial and non-financial aspects, offering insights into the performance of Islamic education staff. This article contributes to understanding how Islamic educational institutions can successfully enhance staff performance through the implementation of the BSC.
