Classroom management is the teacher's ability to create and preserve when there is a disturbance in the teaching and learning process. Optimal learning conditions can be achieved if teachers are able to guide students and schools in a pleasant atmosphere to achieve educational goals and good relations between teachers and students.

The classroom is not just a place for a group of children who carry out learning under the responsibility of the teacher and are only limited by a wall.

Problems in classroom management consist of two types: individual problems and group problems. Individual problems are based on the basic assumption that human behavior leads to the attainment of a goal.

Meanwhile, group problems that often occur in the classroom can affect the implementation of classroom management. Classroom arrangement is an activity planned and carried out intentionally by the teacher or lecturer (pedagogue) to create and maintain conditions. optimally, so that it is hoped that the teaching and learning process can run effectively and efficiently.
